FAQ's: FAQ

How should I prepare for  my first session?

Full transparency, when having a massage it is always best to be prepared to remove all items that could be broken or fall off (yes, wigs, watches, chains etc.) I want you to be totally at ease and if you are concerned with messing up your hair then you won't be present fully for the amazing session you are about to have.  There is a mirror available to make sure that you are just as beautiful walking out as you were when you walked in.
I would also suggest not eating foods that place a lot of gas on your stomach because when your body relaxes...it relaxes and passing gas could happen.  It's OK if it does, I just want you to be prepared and don't be embarrassed, it happens to all of us.
If you are coming from the gym, please if at all possible shower first. This is a courtesy measure for both parties.

Do you help treat terminal or chronic illness?

Yes. I am Certified in Level 1 & 2 Reiki, and I have experience in Manual Lymph Drainage for clients whom may suffer with swollen extremities and chronic pain.  In conjunction with your Physician we can create a treatment plan that will provide some ease of the pain.

What should I expect from my first session?

A relaxation session versus a clinical session is definitely going to provide a different type of feeling. One will leave you ready to drift off to sleep, while the other may have you wanting to take a Tylenol and soak in a hot bath. Expect a great session no matter which you have and be ready to give great feedback.

Do you accept insurance?

We do accept payment via your HSA or FSA Card
